To-Go Alcohol

2021 was one of the largest changes to Arizona Liquor law in the form of HB 2773.  This new law opens the door for to-go cocktails, delivery via third-party apps, and the commoditization of off-premises privileges.  The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is in charge of implementing this law and there are several questions that need to be answered through the rule making process.  To help guide operators, the ARA has developed a To-go Alcohol guide that outlines everything we know.  As more information becomes available, we will update this guide and provide any relevant links on this page.
